October 5, 2011 - Update.....

We're still buried. Currently we are closed until further notice. I'll post more in the next month or so - it's just hard to get down to a connection. We are still off grid - so it can be some time before I can get back online.

Other than a notice I am working on, there won't be much information until Spring 2012.
