Sorry for any inconvenience. Our eShop is off line until Spring 2006 because of our move. If you are a monthly customer (have regular shipments delivered on a scheduled basis) this will not affect your order.
OUR STORE POLICIES
SSL/TRANSACTION SECURITY: All transactions on servers we use utilize the industry standard 128 bit certificate. All credit card data is securely transferred between your computer and our system for authorization at our bank. After receiving an authorization, only partial credit card information is stored in our database for reference. This ensures that even with the best security in place, your credit card number will never be available to any unauthorized access.
PRIVACY POLICY: All business conducted with Fauna Rescue, Inc. remains private. We do not sell or release customer information under any circumstances. We offer customers the opportunity to learn about the organizations we are affiliated with and we may enclose the organizations information in packages.
DELIVERY: Currently we ship via GROUND using the carrier of our choice. This may change in the future.
SHIPPING: Shipping is handled by the volunteers schedule. Your credit card will not be charged until we are ready to ship and you will be notified by email when your order is being shipped. Currently our shipping schedule is the 2nd and 4th week of the month, although we may ship at other times. Orders can take 2 to 4 weeks to fill, depending on stock. We do not carry a lot of 'inventory' for budgetary reasons, as well as preserving 'quality' and 'freshness' - especially with foods.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. You may also choose 'mail order' and pay for your order by check, money order and also by credit card. Mail Order items will not be shipped until payment is received. DO NOT SEND CASH. We are not responsible for order requests that are lost or delayed in the mail. You may also fax your order (payment by credit card) if you desire.
TERMS: All items are prepaid. We do not charge your credit card until the day the order is shipped. Please do not ask for 'terms', 'credit' or 'COD'. You may also send your order by mail with check or credit card if you desire.
DAMAGES: Contact the carrier and Fauna Rescue, Inc., promptly to report claim. Keep all packaging for the carrier to retrieve. Merchandise will be replaced, not refunded.
ERRORS: Errors by Fauna Rescue, Inc., will be rectified immediately at Fauna Rescue's expense. Errors by purchaser will be rectified at purchasers expense - including shipping charges. We only accept item returns in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies.
MINIMUM ORDER: There is currently no minimum order required for purchase.
OTHER REFUNDS:
- Foster Application, Adoption Application and Placement fees are non-refundable, as stated on the paperwork. Applications and placements are usually not processed until a week after receipt to give the applicant time to change their mind.
- Membership Fees, Gifts and Donations are not subject to refunds.
