VOLUNTEER!!

HELP US HELP THEM

Here are some easy ways to help us - and also help others in the process:

  • Think of us when you shop online.

    We've got great deals.
  • We have had items on eBay in the past, and more coming up shortly - check out our eBay page periodically.Plus links to supporters selling items and the proceeds support our cause!!
  • Check out our Bird and Pet Supplies (some stuff for owners too!!)
  • Returning those toner cartridges? Put our return address on the label and the rebate will be sent directly to us!

  • Pass the word about our cause at least once a month. It not only helps us - but it may help (or prevent) another homeless animal out there.


  • Become a VOLUNTEER! We have open volunteer meetings every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the Month at 11:30am and on the 1st Monday of the Month at 7pm. Call or email us to make sure we are on schedule. If these times aren't convenient for you, let us know when you are available.
  • Ask someone if they have planned for thier pets future. It may prevent a homeless animal in the future!


  • Attend Fundraisers. Sign up for our eNewsletter here if you haven't already to be kept informed of the latest happenings.
  • Keep up with our events by checking out our calendar.
  • Become a short-term or permanent-term foster home.
  • Pass out one of our Emergency Notification Business Cards to a friend who has pets. It may save their lives!


  • Clean out that closet, attic or basement. Have a yard sale. Send us a portion or all of the proceeds.


  • Put a link to our web page in your email signature.
  • Forward our Newsletter to your friends and family. Share the news!! Sign up for our eNewsletter here if you haven't already.
  • Put aside a change jar or a coffee can and drop in your spare change - you'll be surprised how fast you can save $10.00. Get a friend, neighbor or co-worker to join in too.


  • Can't take a bird at home - eFoster one of our sanctuary birds!
  • Donate directly to one of our Fund Areas.
  • Donate to a specific product or item.

  • Check out our WishList for things we need that you may have in your attic or garage.
